To view the page, you can drag the page itself or drag the red rectangle in the Page Navigator. Generally the most efficient approach is to drag the Page Navigator to the approximate position of interest, and then fine tune the positioning by dragging the page itself. For laptop operation by keyboard alone, you can close the Page Navigator completely to gain more screen space and then use arrow keys to navigate the pages.
